There are way too many functions. I don't find Trello intuitive in any way. Instead, it actually slows down my productivity.

Doesn’t scale beyond small teams or project

Trello doesn't have the best way to properly manage projects between teams. It's nice for being able to manage simple and small tasks for a small team, but it really doesn't work for a large group setting.

Can’t view tasks across boards

When using Trello, know that you will not be able to see everything in one view. That is the issue that kinda gets to me... I like to see everything in one big view! The Big Picture!

Limited Filtering, Reporting capabilities

Can't sort projects by due date. No way to filter to see what is due today or what I should work on next. No way to see projects for each member of my team and what is behind deadline.

They have been great, but not anymore. Pricing scales randomly

The problem is that the scale in pricing like mad when you start needing more and more customization options. They have plenty of them and since they were a standard for many years they had a good community surrounding them, the problem is that they have taken advantage of this and I find this pricier than the alternatives
