Wrike is BIG and it was no easy task. We have at least 4 experts and we were stretched thin to make the roll out a success. There are negative nuances along the way and if you don't understand those, then you could be in trouble.
No access to tech team
It is not intuitive in some aspects. There are also things that I think should change, but in order to implement a change, you have to get "upvotes" on their community board, which is irritating.
Forced Annual Contract
Only the base plan is offered monthly. Above that, plans are only offered yearly.
Dated Interface and Annual Contract
Very steep learning curve, dated user interface, most users don't like it. Annual contracts only is risky
