What is Callyzer?
Callyzer is an app that records the calls made from your Android or IOS device.
With SmartTask's integration you can get call recordings and call log analytics.
How connect SmartTask with Callyzer?
- Create a Callyzer account if you haven't already.
- Create users as per Callyzer guide
- In Callyzer Connector Settings - Report Callback Url enter the following url - https://ext-v2.smarttask.io/v1.0/callyzer/callback/{organization_id}
- Kindly note down each user values as defined below, to be entered in SmartTask:
- Employee Phone Number (With country code. Eg: 91, 1. Note, there is no "+" at the start)
- Employee Id (Optional, enter random number of you haven't defined this value in Callyzer) - Make sure you have verified the Employee Phone number before hand.
- Go to the CRM. Select Calls view, Call settings and click on the Add User Configuration button. (This process would have to be repeated for each user you would like the calling feature activated for.)
- Fill in the details collected in Step 2.
- Now whenever your team-member makes a call, Callyzer would record the call and push the details to corresponding task / contact.
All call recordings would be available in the Calls view in the CRM as well within the ongoing task for the contact in the inquiries project. Happy calling!
