Configure what gets synced

Every workflow is different. SmartTask lets you configure how information should move between SmartTask and Jira Cloud.

Select the Jira project and issue type you want to connect, then map the relevant SmartTask and Jira fields.

Depending on your workflow, you can sync information such as:
